What type of information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.
We will hold details of your name, address, contact details, name and age of your child(ren) and details of the session you have attended.
Finally, when you are paying, the payment provider needs to know your details to verify the card (this information is not retained by us).
Why do you collect this information?
This information is used to ascertain that the booking being made is appropriate for the Kernow Baby Spa and to put in place any necessary adjustments.
Who do you share data with?
This site is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix's data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. The companies who process payments for us are WiX and PayPal and data is shared with them in order to process your payments. Your personal data will not otherwise be shared with any other individuals.
How do you communicate with your website visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your bookings, to troubleshoot problems with your bookings, to collect payments or any other issues relating to your bookings. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, or post.
You can withdraw your consent to us holding your personal information at any time. Simply email us at and we will confirm when we have done this. If you wish a copy of all information held, please email the same address. If you believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Please be aware that if you withdraw you consent to us holding your information, this could mean you will be unable to proceed with any Baby Spa or baby massage bookings you may hold with us. No refund(s) will be offered under these circumstances.
How long is information held for?
Your personal information is held for 7 years and then destroyed (digitally or otherwise). This is the minimum time permitted for legal reasons.
