*Please note that there is no class on Monday 4th May* Join me at Wadebridge Family Hub for our 5 week baby massage course and discover the power of touch to soothe, bond and support your baby’s development. This relaxed and friendly course is designed for parents and caregivers who want to learn gentle, effective massage techniques to promote better sleep, digestion and relaxation for their little ones. Included in your course: Gentle massage techniques for the whole body Methods to ease colic, gas and teething discomfort Ways to promote better sleep and relaxation How massage supports bonding and emotional wellbeing A supportive space to connect with other parents and caregivers Towels, treasure basket and organic massage oil Suitable for babies from birth until crawling. You will just need to bring your usual change bag things, and I will provide everything else.
