Hello

My name is Amy, I’m a mum of three and I live just outside Truro, Cornwall. I took over Kernow Baby Spa in April 2025 after working as a class leader for Baby Sensory Mid & West Cornwall since 2017.

 

As well as being a qualified Infant Massage and Baby Yoga Instructor, I am DBS checked, have completed Level 2 Safeguarding training, and hold a current Paediatric First Aid (Duty of Care) certificate, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for you and your baby.

I have a keen interest in baby development and I’m a passionate advocate for postnatal wellbeing and supporting parents through the incredible journey of early parenthood.

 

Kernow Baby Spa has been supporting families since 2020, offering a calm and nurturing space where parents and babies can experience the many benefits of baby massage.

 

This ethos continues to guide everything I do, and now also includes baby yoga courses designed to support babies’ development while strengthening the bond between parent and child.
