way. We will hold details of your name, address, contact details, name and age of your child(ren) and details of the session you have attended.
Finally, when you are paying, the payment provider needs to know your details to verify the card (this information is not retained by us).
Why do you collect this information?
This information is used to ascertain that the booking being made is appropriate for the Kernow
Baby Spa and to put in place any necessary adjustments.
Who do you share data with?
This site is hosted on the WIX platform. WIX provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WIX's data storage, databases and the general WIX applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers that we use to process payments. Your personal data will not otherwise be shared with any other individuals.
How do you communicate with your website visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your bookings, to troubleshoot problems with your
bookings, to collect payments or any other issues relating to your bookings. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone or text message.

Photographs and images
Please note that there is no photo consent included in the booking form, as I do not ever take photographs of you, your babies or children. The photographs that I use have been supplied by parents and carers that have given me express consent to do so. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
